Playa Hermosa Villas Grand Opening Exceeds Expectations

There is always some uncertainty with the planning and projecting of an event because we never know who or how many will attend. We sent invitations to regional real estate brokers, business owners and community members. The Friday event attracted 98 people. They stepped right up and got a preview of what is a game changing residential community in the heart of the Costa Ballena, Costa Rica.

The timing was perfect. The annual Festival of the Whales attracts thousands of visitors each September and we had the opportunity to entice many of them to take a look.

Being the first residential development located directly on the main highway, our signage was clearly visible. “Villas For Sale” signage, along with a sign holding staff member (did you see me?) encouraged passerby’s to come in and get a first glimpse.

The first phase of the 26-Residential Community will consist of four stand-alone homes. Prices for the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom start at $389k and $419k for the larger 3-bedroom model. Feedback from the guests was beyond expectations.

The modern-styled development is exactly what the new consumer is seeking and Playa Hermosa Villas is delivering. These finely appointed homes with open-spaced designs, dipping pools, complete solar systems on all residences and within walking distance to the beach would assist in making these profitable rental options for our buyers.

The time is right! Consumers have been waiting years for inventory like this along the southern pacific coast. Dedicated to delivering the highest quality home available, the developer is excited to have such a positive first day on the market.

The Grand Opening will be announced before the end of the year and by that time two residences will be move-in ready with two more under construction.

With a start-to-finish construct time of 4-5 months, Playa Hermosa Villas is ready and excited to deliver your future home.

Come and get an early tour of Playa Hermosa Villas now. Summer is only a few months away – you could be enjoying your own home by that time!
